Lodge Chef Collection Square Grill Pan. Made to fit over a single burner, this cast iron grill is designed for a restaurant quality sear. Valleys on the grill allows grease to drip off of food, so you can have all of the taste without the extra fat. Use it to cook bacon and ground meets without the food having to sit in oil. Raised ergonomic handles allow for easy handling and storage as well as improved control. Cast Iron can be used on electric and gas cooktops, in the oven or on the grill, even over a campfire. Pre-seasoned with a vegetable oil that contains no soy proteins, animal fats or peanut oil.
