Inspired by the Palmyra Atoll, found in the Pacific Ocean about 1000 miles south of Hawaii. Although technically uninhabited, for the past 15 years, Palmyra has been maintained as a Research Center for the study of the marine environment, in particular, the pristine coral reefs and sea turtles that abound in Palmyra. This research helps to provide the information needed by those specialists who are working throughout the world to preserve the marine life and coral reefs of our beautiful planet Earth. William Yeoward makes a donation from the sale of each piece of this new collection to help fund research. Each pitcher is made by hand.
