Returns
We stand behind the quality of every item we sell and we want you to be completely happy with your purchases. Should an item purchased on-line not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 21 days of date of receipt for an exchange or full refund. The item must be in pristine condition with tags attached and a receipt must be enclosed. Merchandise returned without an original receipt, such as a gift, will be issued Belle Cose store credit. This store credit will be for the selling price of the merchandise at the time of return. Please note that personalized items can not be returned.

Sales Tax
There is no sales tax on merchandise being shipped out of the state of Wyoming. Merchandise shipped within Wyoming is subject to 6% sales tax.

Local Pick-Up
If you live in Jackson, Wilson, or Teton Village we can make your shopping even more convenient. Place your order on-line, by fax, or by phone and we can have your order wrapped and ready for pick-up within 24 hours. If your order is placed on-line, simply choose In-Store Pickup during checkout.

Phone/Fax Orders
We are confident in the security of all orders placed in our shopping cart, however should you desire to place your order by fax please print out a copy of your shopping cart and fax it to us at 307.739.9556. An e-mail confirmation will be sent within 24 hours. If you would rather speak with us directly, please call 1-888-733-3338 between 10am-6pm MST, Monday through Friday.

Gift Wrapping
We would be happy to beautifully wrap your packages for an additional fee of $3.95 per gift. We remove any indication of price from all items selected for gift wrapping. We can also enclose a handwritten note for you. Please e-mail us at custsvc@bellecose.com and reference your order number and include any extra information you would like included with the gift.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates for Belle Cose are available via email (sent within 24 hours) or regular mail. Belle Cose gift certificates may be used for on-line purchases or purchases at our store.
