The Grand Remodel: Day 8 & 9

The last few days we’ve been really focused on the changes on the main floor, so it was time to switch gears and work on the basement! The walls are painted, the floors have been cleaned, the lighting fixtures have gone in and the furniture has come in! It was time to work on those finishing touches that will really make the basement look beautiful. We’ve been adding a great texture with the bricks and starting to put up the shelving. It’s really exciting to start seeing it all come together!

It’s all hands on deck at Belle Cose. We even recruited Jane’s nephew, Phillip, to come join the fun for a little while.

Wall is looking good! Now all we need to do is the grouting...

The basement at the end of the weekend! It’s really starting to come together and we’re getting a good feel for just how great things are going to look down there. What’s on tap for tomorrow? Lots and lots of grouting…..
