So many colors for the KitchenAid Stand Mixer – how do you pick just one?!?!

KitchenAid has two exciting new launches for Fall 2013 and Claudia was able to see both products! First is their new copper cookware line – wouldn’t these look beautiful hanging on a pot rack in your kitchen?

KitchenAid is also coming out with a new cast-iron cookware line as well, and looks like it’s available in lots of fun colors.

We have been searching everywhere for a spiral slicer that would produce long, pasta like strands and it looks like we have finally found THE one! We’re excited for her to bring this back to the store so we can start spiral slicing everything, especially vegetables like zucchini and squash to use as a pasta alternative. Claudia told us we won’t believe how awesome this slicer is!

She also found the time to pop by the Wilton Armetale booth and watch them cooking in their fun serving pieces. Wilton Armetale makes mixed metal serving pieces that can go in the oven, freezer, dishwasher and microwave – talk about functional!

Claudia will be making her way back home to Jackson later this week, and we can’t wait to see what surprises she brings back to the store this year!

Legendary chef Thomas Keller joined the All Clad showroom and Claudia was thrilled to not only pick up his fabulous cookbook from the oh-so-yummy Bouchon Bakery in both Northern California and  Manhattan, but also had the opportunity to meet Thomas and have him sign her cookbook. Claudia is quite the baker, so we’re all excited to see what treats she makes us from his book!

Claudia is really excited about the new juicer from Hurom. While this juicer is termed a “slow juicer, ” it extracts juice just as quickly as high motor speed juicers. Since there isn’t a high speed motor, but instead, a two step process by first crushing the food and then pressing it, you get twice as much juice from the food, while preserving more nutrients. Hurom is launching a new juicer this spring, that will be the only juicer to also make smoothies! We are excited to get our hands on this revolutionary new appliance.

While exploring the market, Claudia stumbled on these custom painted KitchenAid Stand Mixers! Just when we thought there were so many color choices to choose from, now there are patterns and fun designs as well!

Twas the Night Before Christmas Tree

That’s right, it’s the most wonderful time of the year again here at Belle Cose! We closed down shop last Thursday and Friday and the elves began working their magic once again to make the store a beautiful winter wonderland. In years past, we’ve been closed for three full days of decorating, but this year, we were able to make it all happen in two days! We were all a little curious to see how everything would look in our newly renovated space, and we all agree, it looks better than ever.

Saturday was our Holiday Open House, and it was every bit as chaotic and full of holiday fun! If you didn’t get the chance to come, pop in and see just how much the store has transformed. We are Christmas on the main floor and the lower level, so when you come in, make sure to check both floors.

We have Santa plates galore, great ski decor, classic hooked holiday pillows, and loads of fun stocking stuffers! Chocolates, candies, peppermint hot cocoa, popcorn – you name it, we’ve got it! You might just have to pick up a few treats for yourself while you shop…
